Highly recommend!
I have been approached by solar companies for years and always been hesitant. It just didn’t feel right. Being a firefighter I have seen some installs go bad and didn’t want that to happen to me. Flawless Experience
I was extremely impressed with my solar consult from the beginning to end. Butch is not the “knock at the door” salesman. He truly does believe in the product that he is selling. I reached out to Butch with a few questions and he had suggest that we meet to go over them. When he came to my house, I had sheets of questions to ask but he was more than happy to go over all of the details and answer all of my questions (it took him over 3 hours, I had a lot of questions). After the consult I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise and I went forward with the install. Butch was very realistic about the timeline and the process which would put the solar panels on likely in the Winter. Most of the hold up was due to our Town. The timeline worked a little ahead of time and the panels were activated in November. The Team that came out to do the install was very professional and timely. Going Solar with Sayles was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. We are saving money and helping the environment all at the same time. We are 7 months into activation and have not paid $1 towards our electric bill. In fact, we have received a credit- it was small but better than paying. I would highly recommend going forward with Butch & Sun Run for a flawless solar experience.

Sunrun’s permitting team and Interconnection department stayed on top of the process and gave prompt updates.
